Includes easter, summer, xmas and new year holidays

Extras

A generous breakfast hamper and a lovely bottle of wine/prosecco is included in the price. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped with various condiments, cleaning products, toiletries, towels (excl. beach towels), and linen. To help you enjoy your stay we also supply logs for the wood burner, BBQ equipment, and buckets and spades for your trips to the beach. For a full list of extras click here.

Please Note

Minimum stay is three nights.
Prices are based on two adults plus little ones.
Three adults 10% additional charge
Four adults 20% additional charge

Check in time is 4pm GMT. Check out time is 10am GMT.

Please contact us directly to finalise price and available dates. Due to variations in school holiday dates, we will supply a total price for your stay upon application.

Availability

As you can see from our availability calendar we are generally booked well in advance. To avoid any disappointment please remember to book early; especially during school holidays.

Available dates are shown in green whilst booked days are in red.

We aim to be as flexible as possible, but during busy periods we aim to check in new arrivals on the same day that the previous occupants check out. Please try to bear this in mind when requesting your booking.
